Any way for me not to have that listed?
The only way around this is to provide a bogus number. If someone requests your info though and can't get a hold of you, they might contact Ebay and get you in trouble. If that happens, Ebay might yank your account.

I registered on ebay 3 years ago, and have never changed my info, and i've moved twice since then.

Sorry, but if you're gonna be cheap about it you get to wait on the slowest possible shipping(pack mule)

agreed, unless specified otherwise in the auction.
 
Doesn't ebay notify you when someone requests your contact info? They always used to, and you'd get the requesters info as well.
