Music isn't entirely subjective. Some bands have talent, some don't. Creed happens to be one of the talentless ones. They sound like crap and if you disagree it's only because you've been brainwashed to think so. Crappy music becomes popular when a bunch of brainless kiddies with no ear for music listen to garbage over and over again and become hypnotized through repetition. That's why sometimes you get a song stuck in your head that you don't even like. It's because repetition is the key to memory.

and that's why advertisers pay tons of money to make commercials that stick in your head from repetition and other methods which don't apply here so I'll leave them out.

now you may /thread.

I thought Creed broke up.

yes they did.

I think it was more like the band thought Scott Stapp(sp?) was a douchebag so they decided to leave him to his own crapulence.

They formed a new band called Alter Bridge IIRC. Their stuff is ok, very uninspired though.

Very piss-poor, which is sad because Tremonti has some pretty fun little riffs.

I liked them back in their My Own Prison/Human Clay days and even saw them in concert. It was a great show, but I haven't listened to them in years.
