I like Creed. They are still around, but the band mostly plays as Alter Bridge for the last 8 years (minus scott stapp) and they rock. Myles Kennedy is the singer, who has also been fronting Slash's solo band.

I'm a fan of Alter Bridge, which is all of Creed minus Scott. I mean they're still a little generic and not OMG AMAZING, but they've put out a number of good tracks. It's a damn shame they got back together with Scott and Creed though because that means less focus on Alter Bridge.

Tremonti said that they intend to release their fourth album this September, so three years since AB III, which is about the same time frame as all the other albums. Myles is touring with Slash while the other 4 play in Creed as well. I'm not a fan of Creed, but I don't think it's negatively impacting AB.

There's no comparison between Myles and Scott, and I feel like the rest of the band stretches their legs a lot more in AB.
