Creditor calling me!! gerr can i make them stop?

I?m paying this bill every month ok. And this dam place keeps calling me.... ya ya ya ... Can i make them stop harassing me? I dont need to be bothered. They have my cell phone # and its costing me $$

No.. I only owe these basters 50 more $ its my freeking UPS account. I forgot to pay them and afer 60 days they sent me to collections 60 days and ruined credit.

Advise you are recording the conversation (and DO record it) and tell them you want ALL calls to cease and desist. No calls to work, no calls to your home and no calls on your cell phone. According to the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) all calls must stop if the debtor requests it. Also advise, if you receive one more call from the company, legal action WILL be taken. And if they do call you again, I recommend you take them to court and sue the sh!t out of them.

Easy as that.
