Ok, so my credit isn't the best, but it's not the worst either. I'm at a 675 score, and just got approved for a HD card. This is my 2nd store approval card in as many months. Question is: How many credit cards and store cards can you have before it starts to hurt your credit? I'm trying to build it back up to the 720 range, am I hurting myself by getting more credit or helping? I have 2 CC's, and now 2 store cards FWIW. Thanks. 🙂
 
In the long run it hurts when you have several credit cards and do not use them. I am no expert, but I tend to use my one credit card and will not apply for another.......
