I've made about $50 in the last 3 months on these things. It just requires good record keeping.

I have only gotten 2 checks of $15 from them. citi used to have the rebate program, I made about $50 as well.

More like a ton of pre-approved credit card offers and a lower credit score🙁

CC offers do NOT lower your credit score. Vendors researching your credit score without your approval are for marketing purposes only. They do not affect your actual score. Only when you authorize or ask for a Credit Score..will it lower your overall score.

Even then, it takes several requests in a short period before it hurts your score. Checking your score once every year (while doing nothing else to hurt your credit), shouldn't lower it.

Yep. Thats true. I had several inquires when I was buying my house. My score stayed steady.
