I'm looking to aply for a card that won't be used much and will always be paid off on time. Thus I have very little interest or concern for APR or points accumulated via spending and am looking for the biggest up front freebie.

I've seen $30 GC for an Amazon Visa, anything more lucrative out there?

If you ever buy from Amazon their rewards card is nice. I earned several $25 gift certificates last year, and they send the certs as soon as you earn them instead of making you wait for the end of the year like my Capital One cash back card does.

I did a search and couldn't find this. I figure I can use their link and have Rossman get a little $$ referal.
It's on their front page right now, scroll down past the Dell deal and Friday Amazon sale.

Thanks for the plug, most of our credit card offers have been moved to a different domain (see my sig).

Also read this, ignore the 12/15/2004 expiration date.

I love my MBNA WorldPoints card. I save maybe ~$30 or more a month with gas, grocery, and restaurant purchases alone. I also get points for travel, so I save ~$1000 or so a year on that as well.
