f I pay off my credit card before the refund has been posted how does Citi mastercard refund the money?

sure you can get a refund, but why bother? aren't you going to charge some stuff next month and use up your credit?

How long does it take credit card company's to give you a refund ?

Usually around 3-5 days after the merchant issues it.

They don't. They just credit it to your account.

Yes, or if you've already paid off the full balance, you'll see a negative balance.

Has anyone done this before and how long has it taken your credit card company? What credit card company do you have?

Can that ever be the case?
