credit card questions

I want this visa card from BA for Asiana airlines. Now I have a CC with BA and want to upgrade to the Asiana mileage one. Would they do it automatically or would I have to apply ia seperate one. There is a $80 annual fee for that card and I don't wanna pay it. Tell me a hack so I get both the card and pay no fee.
You guys might have done that already

1) Call the cc and ask them "how do I upgrade to this credit card"?
2) Almost all airline credit cards have an annual fee. If you don't want an annual fee then don't apply.

i think you are looking at a switch, not an upgrade

and i doubt they'll waive the annual fee
