My company is looking to hire someone with vb6, .net, SQL and such experience but only on a parttime/contracting basis.

are there any websites (similar to what creative hotlist is for graphic designers) that have this sort of thing for developers?

there are job search websites like http://www.monster.com/

be aggressive.

in minnesota, there are about 700,000 job openings that will be gate-open to people in the next decade or so, as retiring generations find their place in something else, but less than half of minnesotans will fill those positions.

they want people, but will replace you if they find someone better. good luck.

Yeah, its called Dice.com, ever heard of it? 🙂

Register as an employer and contact some people who have their resumes searchable. They allow people to set their employment preference, so you could target people who want contract jobs.
