I know the player is a couple years old, but I just bought it refurb. I'm trying to copy all my music on to it and I'm running into a problem. All my music is .mp3, but apparently some are not compatible with the zen. It won't even let me copy them over -- an error message pops up, saying it's not supported. And, this is the really weird part, the incompatible songs seem to largely, but not entirely, be songs from my playlist. Also not ALL songs from my playlist are affected. I've re-encoded a couple songs, and it'll let me transfer then... but I really don't want to go through my entire collection to find what random songs didn't transfer over (about 4gb of untransfered songs). Anyone else have this really strange problem?

The zen has the latest firmware
The songs all play fine in foobar and tag fine in mp3 tag

Edit: the player wasn't showing up as a mass storage device, so I installed the Creative software and was using that. However, I just tried it on another computer and it's working perfectly fine as a mass storage device, problem solved!
