Creative Zen Vision M for $249.99 shipped if you can be patient

I bought one at Circuit City... paid $299 because I was spending 6 hours on a plane the next week and couldn't wait for this deal. Totally worth it! I'm really happy with it. Yahoo Music Unlimited works great on it and had two movies to watch on the plane. Watching on a tiny screen is a bit rough at first, but if the move is good enough you'll soon forget about the screen size. I bought it mainly for the Yahoo music as my old Zen Micro was almost full.

BTW, I bought this case for it on Ebay for like $10 shipped and it's fantastic Silicone Case. Comes with a neck strap, belt clip, hard platic screen protector. The entire thing is covered in Si (even the touchpad). Gets rid of the fingerprint problem and screen scratches.

I called last night but i didnt get an answer. They basically told me that some Zens had come in but they werent sure if they had enough to fill all the orders and they said that I should check back in a few days sooooo..... now we wait.

I'm in the US too . It actually ships from Hong Kong... the price is AUS dollars (1.2 AUS = 1.0 US dollars). Mine came in about 7 days and the shipper had great communication. All of the nice cheap cases on Ebay come fron Hong Kong.

after watching the video for it, i'm thinkin bout gettin it. though i'm a bit wary as to how it'll turn out if i don't put it on right...

if not the shield, i figure i'll go with a silicone case, i don't think i want a big leather one to add any more to the bulk...

I got this case Leather Case and this screen shield Screen Protector also I saw yesterday on creative's official site Screen Protector

I think this should be enough info to protect ur Vision M, as you can see I'm certainly taking no chances with mine

I ordered a shield protector from bestskinsever.com, some user reviews over at head-fi said that they are of equal quality with the invisibleshield. It was only $4.99 plus like $2 shipping for USPS first-class. Also ordered one of those silicone cases.

It looks like it takes about a month from the time you order for it to ship. I ordered mine on March 24, so I'm not worried yet.

I ordered mine on the 6th and am in limbo as well.
Mind you, I work for a company that can actually order these and according to the buyer, Creative is screwing everyone that doesn't normally carry Creative's other products as well (sound cards, speakers, etc.).
The buyer tried getting as many as 15-20 and all we got were 5 and we lucky to get those. They were gone before I could get mine (and even then, it would have been about $270 with tax).
People should be prepared to wait.
