I have two of these and the touch pads are kinda of a pain. Never can seem to get the sensitivity of them just right and whenever I do, it seems to change back. My wife was happy that I got her one of the Zen Sleek Photos from the Creative sale. The Sleek is proving much easier to use.

Do you mean for the volume?
Is the volume on the screen or does it have it's own button/wheel?

Does the sleek photo have a button lockout so it doesn't turn on in your pocket?

If you turn it off in the middle of a song, does it continue from the middle of that song when you turn it on or does it start at the begining of the long list of songs?

Can you drag and drop songs/files to it in MY COMPUTER or do you HAVE TO load their software?

I used to have this model Micro. This thing is so awful that it's unreal. If you order one, expect your headphone jack to work for 3-6 months. You might get 7-8 months out of it if you're as gentle with it as you are shaving sensitive areas.

This is a case of - It's refurbed and priced cheap for a reason. Seriously.

I used to have one also. I had to send mine in to replace the headphone jack in the 3-6 month time frame. It was free, but I dont think these have a warranty.

I would personally go with the refurbed Sleek. Although I wouldnt really care about the difference of flash and HDD memory. (this is flash memory, right?)
