creative pc-dvd 6* dxr-3 with win 2k

anyone help?
i know that the dvd player doesnt work well with win 2k but my problem is that when i bought it i was using nt4 sp5, it worked fine, then i had a few problems with my system and i had to do a couple of re-installs, then came along w2k which i upgraded to but i had a fw probs with that to at first causing me to have to re-install 2 more times, the problem is that i have one more chance to install the drivers for me dvd player and then i is locked on region 2 forever as everytime i reinstall it has taken one of my 5 chances away.
anyone know where i may be able to find a crack for it?
i cant seem to find one?

not sure about your problem with it taking one of your 5 chances away.

I have the 12x Kit with the DXr3 card and run in Windows 2000/XP with no problems. I have reinstalled 3 times since I got my kit, and I still have 5 chances. Although I couldn't get creatives software to work at all. I am using the Hollywood Plus drivers and software, since the DXR3 is basically a relabeled Hollywood card, and I have no problems with them.

What drivers/software are you using?
