Creative Muvo TX FM vs Sandisk MP3 Companion

Pretty much what the topic says. I know the Muvo TX FM has radio so I guess a more equal comparison would be the Muvo TX. However I was wondering what the audio quality was compared to each other and possibly other alternatives out there. What about battery life? I've heard the Sandisk can resume from mid-song when turned back on...can the Muvo do that? I'm just basically trying to get some user input in this. Thanks guys!

Well, in addition I was wondering if the Muvo TX FM would also work on non-powered USB ports. Again, thanks in advance if you guys know.
 
When you power down the MuvoTX mid song, it does start where you left off when you turn it back on again. I've been very impressed with Creative's sound quality on their mp3 players (that's why I own 2 of them), but I don't know anything about Sandisk's players.
