YOU BE THE JUDGE

Have been looking for a flash player for a while now... come across this one tonight...have dealt with Creative rebates when I ordered a sound card and they come through with no problems...

If you don't mind working with rebates ($20 from Creative) and sending in the rebate form for shipping back to MacMall ($9.75) you could end up with a nice player for less than $140.00

Yea I had them in my sights until the $14.95 shipping and handling jumped up...$143.00 though you don't have to mess with the shipping and handling rebates....what really stuck me was that I wanted to order some Shure E2C headphones from them... good price...no problem... but they wanted to stick me with another $14.95 for shipping... so I did some more hunting and found these... still need to find a place for the cans though....

thanks for the input....

radio sucks. a few too many menu options for my liking (ie, less buttons = more clicks). i'm sorta bitter too because i got stuck with it about 3 weeks before the $40 price drop (from compuplus), and i'm still not nuts about. good in theory, but i might buy a cheap one to play around with from a local for a couple of weeks before i'd sink my money into the expensive one.

these things are sick. my bro is always recording radio stuff w/ his (.wav format). Those new shuffles aren't as good as these- Apple is just trying to cap more money for ppl who cant afford an ipod

my son in law has the 256 MUVO tx fm. (Only thing I really have to go on...) True not many buttons and took some time to figure out the methology of working through it to get it to do what you want it to do. Thought the radio worked fine. Only problem I could see holding it back was the earplugs that came with it. I am assuming that you can create files with this and access them accordingly. For something that is small, relatively cheap, portable and able to be out when your active, I think this one will do the job. If there is something else out there I hope someone brings it to our attention.

thanks

sick as in, these things rock. Not very complicated at all, and it gets like 15 hours on a AAA. Sure, might not be the 30 something hours that an Iriver gets, but still very respectible.

I've got the 512 version, and I love it. I wouldn't trade it for any other player on the market, no matter the matter. Has the perfect combination of size/weight, easy access buttons, and features for me. Also the best belt clip around (that comes with the player).

I just purchased a Muvo V200 from eBay. It's like this, but has better audio quality and a better FM tuner, and a new look.

they sent me the 200 by mistake and i sent it back (guess i didnt want to mess with the cable) they sent me the tx fm and I use it all the time...great sound...battery life is a little over 9 hrs...radio works fine...recorder has a hissing sound if nothing is being played...both units have the same "backbone" cept one has line in (cable) with the other is plug in...the 200 doesnt have a place on the top for a strap if you want to carry it other than with the armband....topnotch player...
