I'll keep my Logitech MX 610 kthx. It is probably a lot more comfortable, has a tilt wheel, and is wireless.
Logitech MX518s have the same thing. They let you change the sensitivty on the fly basically. For example in an FPS running around people need a high sensitivity to be able to spin around, and kill anyone behind them... but when they're sniping they like a low sensitivity to have more precision. Or in BF2 diff vehicles work better with diff sensitivities, so that helps there.
Eh, it looks like a pretty crappy mouse -- uncomfortable at least.

That must be so mundane to do the same thing repeatedly, like play basketball or golf raking in tons of money just on name recognition. Man what a clod, he should be flipping burgers like the rest of us schmoes. I think he must loathe his life to be forced to play these "games" which are just a waste of time. You'll never discover penicillin part two, playing video games.

Edit: He's 23 as well, which makes him a year younger than myself. Though I've made money playing video games, I haven't made a living doing so. Nor do I doubt if the money was more than I made now, that I would pass up the opportunity to do so.

geez...with people this serious about games, no wonder I always end up with about a 10:1 killed to kill ratio....but that one person I do get feels like a real smacktard and that always makes me feel good and coming back for more.
Personally, I think knowing a map and your opponent plays more of a factor than fancy hardware. I've played a lot of FPS games, and as of late Battlefield. I routinely put the beat down on teams of clannies, just because I watch how people react. For people that aren't even a challenge they will always get the knife, even if that means getting killed by his buddy behind him. One can always hope his buddy is a poor shot and TKs his friend in the confusion.

he broke up with his girlfriend because she was interfering with his practice schedule (a la tiger woods). he's done many interviews and he's well aware of his aging becoming a problem with his ability to stay competitve with RSI's and whatnot, which is why he's gotten into product branding and marketting. There was quite a stink about a year ago from asian gamers not wanting anything to do with foreign branded hardware, so they took the same ahrdware and branded it with the handle of some asian gamer who beat fata1ity in like 2 round early on in his gaming career. say what you will about gaming and the lifestyle it breeds, but stop harping on someone who is more successful then you and getting his extended 15 minutes of fame.
Even though most of the products seem like crap, the brand is an interesting one. There really aren't any other "professional gaming" brands out there besides this one. I think what this guy is doing is creating a gaming brand he can continue to develop well beyond the time he is no longer competitive at gaming. If it's successful enough, go IPO and make millions, smart move.

I met him once at a CS CPL qualifier ~4 years ago and all he could do was show off/brag about his AvP Ford Focus. I lost interest, then lost the qualifier.
