Creative 6.1 6600/6700 speakers with Upmix

Is anyone using the Creative 6.1 6600 or 6700 speakers with a creative soundblaster live! 5.1 card by using the upmix switch? how good is the rear speaker in games, does it make a big difference compared to 5.1 speakers?

edit:
does having an additional 6.1 rear speaker give a better sound effect than only two 5.1 rear speakers?

No, it does not. In fact, there is no real difference in sound quality between 5.1 and 7.1. Get a set of Logitech 5300's or Kilpsh Promedias, or connect it to a 5.1 reciever (such as the 6105 at Outpost; 77$-I have one and it's freakishly awesome with my Advent Legacy II speakers) and you'll get all the sound you need.
