Creating XP Pro OEM install CD

I have two PC's that have XP Pro OEM licenses, but I have no XP Pro OEM install CD.

I have a what I assume is a retail version of the XP Pro install CD... so I copied the files from the CD to my desktop. I edited the setupp.ini file to allow for an OEM install key.

Now what? I've tried burning the folder as a bootable CD. I've tried building an ISO out of the folder and then burning that to CD. So far I can't get a bootable XP CD!

The tools I've tried are Nero, ImgBurn, CDBurnerXP.

use nLite it allows the easy burning of the cd to be bootable, either in .iso form and then you burn that or burn it directly
