Creating new partition

I have a 200gb hdd with 36gb free, i'm using partition magic 8 to create a new partition.

when i go to create a new one, partition magic only lets me have a max of 6448.0mb (6.4gb) i want to allocate 20gb to this partition....i should be able to right? i have 36gb free, whats going on?
