Creating fully redundant windows 2000 network

This is a test that I will be doing in the next few weeks.
The neetwork will consist of 20+ workstation all in one subnet.
There will 2 windows 2000 server both of them are dc, gc, dns, wins, dhcp, dfs.
The purpose of this test is being able to take one server down for a while and service is still running without single noticeable interuption to users.

My plan
Promote one server to a dc, and the dcpromo configure the dns.
Promote the other server to be another dc and host a secondary DNS zone
Configure DHCP on dc1 and dc2 with non overlapping scope (primary, secondary dns, wins)
Configure wins to replicate to each other every 24 hours.
Configure DFS for user home folder and public folder, create replica on the other server and configure replication to occur every 6 hours.
Backup one of the server(first dc in the domain) on tape.
One UPS for each server.

I cant think of anything else, maybe you guys have some input on this project ?
