Creating bootable floppy in WinXP, what files does it create?

I'm creating a bootable floppy in windows XP, I'm wondering if these files are supposed to be on the floppy:

DISPLAY
EGA2.CPI
EGA3.CPI
EGA.CPI
KEYB
KEYBOARD
KEYBRD2
KEYBRD3
KEYBRD4
MODE

Are these the necessary files for a bootable floppy? I need to make sure, the last thing I need is a bad BIOS flash.

What do you need the floppy for man for a bios flash if so you dont need a windows xp boot disk
