Creating an utility CD

I am trying to put together a general troubleshooting CD with applications that would help fix/diagnose problems. I would to use as much freeware as possible, here are the apps I have so far:

AdAware
SpyBot
HiJackThis
CwShredder
McAfee Stringer
EverestHome

What would you add to this list?

He makes a good, bootable CD that scans the HD's of the local machine for viruses (uses McAfee).

Then you're supposed to boot into Safe Mode and run a few other utilities he has on the CD (Ad Aware.... don't remember them all).

The CD is only 90MB or so.... plently of room to add stuff in (using UltraISO or equivalent before burning).
