Creating a web site----creepy??

My brother wants to create a website about the girl he's with. He's just worried that it'll come off creepy. (they've only been together about 7 months)

He asked me about a couple of hours ago, and I have to say I'm still not too sure.. I can see both sides. On the one hand it could be romantic, though there is thin line between Romance and being looked on like a stalker...

7 months is enough to know he's being romantic instead of creepy.

If they don't have something solid enough that it requires asking this question, you might ask do they really belong together?

Sheesh, if he's trying to flatter her, can't he do something else less 'obsessive'? Creating a website about her is kinda weird. I think the most 'website' related thing I ever did was make a quick website birthday card for a friend that lived far away. That's about it.

b) stupid, anyway. "Oh, honey, that's such a nice...erm...site you made for me?" That way, people who don't know either of you, nor do they care, can read all about you/her....sorry I just wouldn't do it.
