Creating a podcast

As a senior, my high school requires us to do a senior project. And before, I wanted to build a computer, which we all know is too easy, but they caught on as well. So, I have moved on to creating a podcast. I want to create a podcast and be able to link to it through iTunes. Basically, I have everything ready, except a way to host. I was going to use Skype for the show and using Adobe Audition to edit. But I have no way of actually getting it on the internet. I am looking for a free, low cost way to host. Any ideas?

in the end it is jsut an mp3 of aac file that your edit and customize yourself. the mst advanced aspect of it, if you ever get that far is embeedded text, chapters, and embedded album art per chapter...other than that it is a simple audio file that you submit🙂
 
But what host should I use? I mean I am on a limited budget so something free would be nice. But a low cost hosting account would be good too. So what do you think I should use?
