Creating a Bootable CD for Flashing BIOS

Im wondering how I can create a Bootable cd. Is there a specific program that i should use or what? For the boot sector do I use an iso or is there some kind of script I need to download? Im trying to unlock the 16 pipes for my sapphire x800gto2 and Im having a little problem. Looked online but didn't find anything to be of much help. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Making your own boot cd can be tricky. Luckily these people already went through the trouble...

it's an ISO but it will boot up CD drivers so just copy your flash files onto another CD and run it off there...

How hard is it to temporarily connect a floppy drive? Also USB floppy drive (and yes you can boot from them) is $30 at Wally World.

If you plan on doing any troubleshooting on a computer, you should have a spare floppy drive lying around.

Most programs like Nero will create one for you.
