Creatine? Myth or real?

I didn't take it how it was recommended...we'd by the twin lab tablets and it said you ahd to take like 6 of them a day and we'd just pop one in before workouts and one in after workouts and we'd tear it up.

Basically, when i was on creatine I went from barely being able to do 85 8 times on my first set to repping 155 8 times on my 4th set of bench in about 3 and a half monthes. I'm off it now and haven't been on it for awhile just because I don't have the money for supplements right now...

I just want to be scrony. I weigh 245 and can't seem to move from that for over a year of working out every week day. maybe crack would help. I envy those scrony drug addicts. 190 is my goal.

When I read it, I said to myself "what the hell is scrony?" I pronounced it as if it rhymed with bony. :D

if you don't have a diet plan (and subsequently a diet log) there's your problem


to the person who told me to change my workout, i change it every 3 weeks ;)
