I didn't take it how it was recommended...we'd by the twin lab tablets and it said you ahd to take like 6 of them a day and we'd just pop one in before workouts and one in after workouts and we'd tear it up.
Basically, when i was on creatine I went from barely being able to do 85 8 times on my first set to repping 155 8 times on my 4th set of bench in about 3 and a half monthes. I'm off it now and haven't been on it for awhile just because I don't have the money for supplements right now...
