I'm a cigarette smoker and I must say while I know that cigarette smoking is bad, the ACS has a neat idea here:

1. Create a cigarette pack warning label that truly says how deadly these products are. Choose the design and picture you want, then write what you think should be on a warning label.
2. Print your label and follow the instructions to fold it easily so it looks like a pack of cigarettes.
3. Take your customized warning label and drop it off at the local office of your Member of Congress. Click here to find the location of the nearest office.

It?s time for your Members of Congress to understand that we must Stop Big Tobacco from killing 400,000 Americans each year with their deadly and addictive products.

Create your own cigarette pack warning label.

Blah.. this is America last I checked. If people want to smoke, let them. If people want to not wear a seatbelt, let them. If people want to ride a motorcycle without a helmet, let them.

You pansies are too busy trying to tell other people how to live their life and not busy enough living your own life.

Except when it costs *MY* medicare money to give you chemo and/or *MY* tax money to life flight your dumb ass from the highway because you didn't buckle up/wear something snell approved. Welcome to the wonderful world of negative externalities... it's your life aight, but I hope you're ready to foot the bill yourself too.

Cigarette taxes are supposed to alleviate the burden placed onto the ordinary citizen through smoking. In reality, cigarette taxes not only pay for this, but also generate millions of dollars for things not related to smoking at all, such as highways and parks.

I always liked the ones that warned about smoking the hazards of smoking by pregnant women. In fact, I sought them out.

Figured if that was the only warning on the box, i was safe.... ;)

Are you saying you used them as a contraceptive?
