Create ISO from list of files

Ive got a couple of users who would like to create iso files from a group of files and folder. What software can I give them to make these into an iso?
 
Most CD burning software can write out to an ISO file. I know that Nero and Roxio's Easy CD Creator can both do this. Alcohol too.
