Create Domain in Windows XP?

Can someone explain how to setup or create a domain in Windows XP?

I think that you cannot setup a controller domain in Windows XP. Looks like you need server OS. Is this correct?

Yep, you need a server OS. Workstation does not support creation of Domains. Load W2K or W2003 server, run DCpromo, set up your DNS/DHCP. If using 2003 server, it has a lot of wizards that'll walk you right thru the whole setup process.
