How can I creat my own "Recovery CD"? Something like OEM HP, Sony etc...
So that I can simply pop in the CD and install everything in a clean HD of OTHER machine.

What os?

For win2k - install windows and all the updates. Make a folder called modem, and stick common modem drivers in it. Do the same for osund, network, video, etc.

Then run sysprep1.1 from microsoft.com to remove all your machine specific drivers.

Then use norton ghost 2000 and some skillz to make a bootable cd-rom.

Or you can just use Norton's Ghost to copy all the files from your system harddisk onto cd. So you will have an exact image of your hd on cd.

Norton Ghost and Powerquest Drive Image Pro will both span over multiple cdr's.
