I live in Texas, where Einstein Bros is, by in large, our only option for bagels. I'm forced to drown out their lack of flavor.

Have you ever had goat cheese? It has a unique flavor of its own and it is really good on bagels IMO. I also like to get fresh dates and stuff them with goat cheese. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 350 and it makes a tasty appetizer before dinner.

I think the point was that just because its Goat cheese doesn't mean its better than cow cheeses.
