Yes, It was at the time. We did not intend on hurting anyone. You have never done anything "retarded"in your life?
 
It was a man and a women in the car. The driver motioned us to pull over but, we tried to run. The women threw the ice cream cone at us. They left us alone after that. Then we went home.
