Admittedly, that was some crazy driving, but... it was obviously NOT in the US (Russia, someone said?) and those were high-end European cars (not Japanese), so the drivers were obviously not "ricers".
Different countries, different laws, different attitudes towards driving. The US is, however, just about the only country in the world where actually knowing how to drive is looked upon as dangerous, and not knowing how to drive is looked up as safe...
