Received my second stick of memory, it had Toshiba chips on it. Here is what I ran into with the two sticks I ordered:
Stick #1, IBM chips. They sucked. It wouldn't post at 112MHz with SPD on my P2B-D board, but would at 100MHz on my P2B. Changed the memory config from "By SPD" to the CAS3 setting, then it worked.
Stick #2, Toshiba chips. Had the -75 on them, they posted at 112MHz with SPD on my P2B-D. So I kept this stick for myself, and gave the crappy first stick to my mother-in-law, who runs it at PC66 on her FIC 2013.
I'm glad I have good quality Crucial PC133 CAS2 in my CUSL2's!!!
