The manner in which they were fighting isn't really relevant. The fact that a black girl is beating the sh!t out of a white girl who isn't even fighting back is the issue. People don't become racist because they see dark skin and think "Wow, I don't like that color, that person must be a criminal!" They become racists because they see this video, or other similar acts, and the next time they see a dark-skinned person this is what they think of. It was the same thing after 9/11. People weren't being anti-arab because of the way they looked, they were being anti-arab because of the terrorist connotation.
Racism really has very little to do with skin color. People will hate people who wear turbans just as much as people with very dark skin. It's not the color that people don't like, but a certain type of behavior that they've come to associate with that color (or headwear, or any other identifying mark). If you ask find a racist and ask them "what's the problem with black people?" Thier answer is likely to be something like "They're worthless jobless low-life criminals", and nothing to do with the color black. This video reinforces that perception.
