Crazy GF4 4600 issue when installing XP!!

When I'm installing XP I get can only get up to the Starting Windows Setup message. When it's supposed to go to the actual setup menu, I get a black screen with red or blue dots and dashes. I can put my GF3 back in and get no problems. So with that the presumption would be is that it's the card.

However...I had made an integrated SP1 disc last night and I can intall this way with the GF4with no problems. Once in windows I can even play games. However keeping that install is out if the question due to a drive installation problem with my Audigy.

I though maybe I had a bad xp disc so I made a copy of it and still the same. I even went and downloaded a warez XP Corp version and still get the same result.

I'm currently formatting for a install with just the card and 1 drive installed, but if that doesn't work, anyone have any ideas?
