I do not promote or endorse aggressive violence but any man sitting with his thoughts long enough can see how the relationship between law enforcement and citizens is getting progressively worse due to inequality of law. People are getting tired of being taken to the cleaners every time they deal with state mercenaries and it's showing in their violent responses since they think the law won't protect them they might as well take law into thier own hands. Politicians and police have rigged the game and then complain when shit hits the fan? I don't know how you could logically expect anything different.

It correlates because if your point is to decry bad shoots by the police, you should use a number describing that rather than all shoots that occur, which would probably be at least an order of magnitude lower than the one in that infographic.
