Crazy dude at work today.

This guy comes out of the bar, walks over to the payphone ..

We overhear him say "You don't have to worry about your sniper, I've already killed him"

Then he hangs up, and walks back into the bar.

About 2 seconds later, the 911 operator calls us and asks if anyones called 911 from there..
It was the guy from the payphone !

Cops show up like 1 minute later, and haul him off in handcuffs.


The cops come in and talk to us, mainly the other person I'm working with cause he actually
saw the guy, and let us know that they think it was just a prank... but he's still going to jail anyways.


This guy had to be a complete moron or something...




 
Nothing people do surprises me. Not even the guy wearing pink childrens diving goggles with the oversized baseball bat (you know the really fat ones we all had as a kid), the samrui sword and a kids batman utility belt from a halloween costume......
 
Umm ok you'd have to have something wrong with you to do something like that... not cool messing around with that sort of thing..
 
Placing an illegitimate call to 911 or emergency services, is and should be a crime.....

What if everyone did it?

Reporting information regarding a crime that you know to be false (i.e. his statement) is and also should be a crime....

When I was six, I spent the night at my grandparent's house, staying in my own room. When I went to bed, I called 911 and asked to talk to the doggie, then hung up when the operator refused and repeatedly asked what the problem was :Q

I was scared, so I didn't answer the phone when someone called a few seconds later. That morning, I heard "Let's not call 911 again, okay? They don't let people talk to the dogs anymore."

There is a world of difference between a six year old calling 911 and an adult doing it.

The six year old needs a lesson from his parents, the adult needs a week in jail.

My daughter flat fisted 911 when she was 2 😱.... and since she was playing with the phone off hook we didn't get the return call.... the officer who responded said it's not uncommon 🙁

I had to do some quick explaining to the 911 operator one night after the power went out during a party I was throwing. One of the more inebriated guests decided to give 911 a call ..."Help me. I'm scared."...and then hang up. The operator called back and when I explained she chewed me a new hole. 🙂
