crazy drifts in front of our house

recent storm is causing us major headaches.
we can't get out of our driveway due to drifts

dude, i can still see grass in your yard. that's not snow! i live in colorado, north of denver, and we haven't seen grass for almost two months. the three-foot-high reindeer that i put up for christmas are only now making a reappearance. sorry, no pix handy, but that's snow!

naa we are Northern Ill. just got some nasty drifts. the one in front of the garage's are maybe 4ft high. the one in front of the door (wich the pic was taken) is a little higher.

we have drifts, but we only got 2" of snow or less, so they are 5-7" drifts, not really spectacular

That snow isn't nearly high enough to be what northwestern New York got.

Over here in Chicago, the wind is just blowing the snow around, but we've gotten about 2 inches so far.
