Crazy Conspiracy Theory -- North Korea torpedoed the oil rig in the Gulf of Mexico?

I'm just reporting this crazy conspiracy theory. I'm not saying it's true or that I believe it. I just find it amusing. According to this (probably crank) webpage:

A grim report circulating in the Kremlin today written by Russia’s Northern Fleet is reporting that the United States has ordered a complete media blackout over North Korea’s torpedoing of the giant Deepwater Horizon oil platform owned by the World’s largest offshore drilling contractor Transocean that was built and financed by South Korea’s Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. Ltd., that has caused great loss of life, untold billions in economic damage to the South Korean economy, and an environmental catastrophe to the United States.

Why is it that I believe three things.

(1) DrPizza is FOS shit and does not know physics. What is missing in action is the timing,
because the surface oil rig must be destroyed at the precise moment the drill bit penetrates the the under pressure oil reservoir. Other wise the safety devices deploy and no oil spill results.

(2) The Whippersnaper explanation is even less probable.
