yeah..beatboxing is when you make music with your mouth...this is more like pop locking or something

maybe you should look at the video you put up. there is nobody doing anything with their mouth, only some guy up there breakin'. check the video and get back to me.
 
This is borderline breakdancing.
Typically at this level with no ground work it is called popping and locking.
