why is it still in a wooden frame, you would hope it is at least free standing.

It's probably there to function as a ladder for the guy so he could work on the higher parts. He probably built it from the feet up, like a building.

Something about the "exposed crotch" design... I foresee much "ouch"
LMAO I can just see the headline now:
"man in robot suit terrorizes downtown
taken out by little kid with a wiffle ball bat to the groin"

Call Ripley, she is certified to operate it.
Heh, but I can't imagine any time soon we'll be seeing video files of this thing running around the woods.

Does anybody have the link for the guy who built armor for himself in his garage, then tested his creation out by harrassing grizzlies? I think I saw something on the news about it - he had a whole body suit that could withstand a grenade blast. I think he was trying to sell his inventions to the military.

Yeah, that was cool. It showed a guy running at him and swinging a pick ax as hard as he could. Barely knocked the guy over - no damage done. However, I think people underestimate the strength of a full grown grizzly. They flip over boulders their own size to get to ground squirrels. I don't think that suit could save anyone.

When you're a nerd who doesn't get laid, there are two things you will do:

1. Build something ridiculous like a transformer like bio-machine
2. Spend money on dual big screen LCD to play computer games on
