Craziest reasons somebody got fired at your workplace???

I used to work at local restanunt here in VT... well the place always had really shady people there and one guy was just a nut..

One night we went down to the race track to serve food there... the employe then prodeced to get really drunk while on the job and then decided to PISS on a 9 year old girl leg.... he was fired right there.. hes the funny part of the story though

The guy is now BACK working at the normal restaunant... i guess he was only "fired" for a short period of time

The place is a real loser place though.. there are 4 ex-cons that work there.. and one of them have been on America's dumbest crimnals TWICE! I quit shortly thereafter.. i just cant deal with those people

While working as a stockboy at Kmart during high school, another stockboy got hired. He was assigned to clean out the grease trap in the sandwich shop. The stench was so bad, he threw up all over the men's room floor. He proceeded to dump an entire 40 pound bag of cat litter on his pukepile to soak it up. He got fired for using the whole bag.

What a way to go out: smell of rancid grease in your nose, taste of puke in your mouth, no pay...

Needless to say, I didn't really care. Management was efficiency crazy and would even chew you out for walking too slow or not taking the shortest route to where you were going.

A guy in my girlfriends workplace (an insurance-company) got fired because he liked to stay in the office after work and use his computer to visit some "disturbing" websites. He also used the company printer to print out some sick fantasies (like: people nailing others on the floor and other S/M-stuff). The company had an internal inspection where they examind what he has done and they found LOTS of those printout in his office!

A kid at walmart got fired for jacking like $10,000 worth of stuff. He was going into assistent manager training shortly and he was an assistent of the Tire, Lube, Express. Anyways, he had keys for everything (so did I) and one night after work he drove his truck around the building and proceded to load up a $500 patio set from one of our storage trailers in the back of the store. I think he may have taken some other items from the trailer too. He also stole tons of radar detectors, cd players, etc and returned them to get the cash. The store then became suspicious and blamed me and others for helping him do it which was totally false because he did it by himself only and I had all of my keys taken away except for those few I kept copies of

About 4 years ago i was the manager of operations (in charge of the computer operators). Well one day i get called into the head of the department?s office to watch a video tape. It was of the 3rd shift operator working.

Well he would look at porn then use the paper stacker (it would vibrate and stack the paper evenly) to masturbate. He would wrap his pen*s in a rag then turns on the machine and put it in it.

I called him into my office in the morning and told him he was seen doing that and to please stop. Well about a month later we see him lock all the doors and block them so they don?t open and then do it again. I had to fire him and i showed him the tape. He was pissed but I was a nice guy I gave him the option to either quit or get fired. He took the option of quitting and got a job someplace else.

When I was in High School I worked at Wal-Mart. After work I joined my girlfriend and her friend there at the snack area for lunch. We were talking about her sister (a slut) and how she has a nice new boyfriend. Well we see the guy walking around and I pointed him out. Well after work I was called into the office and was fired for pointing out the guy who catches thieves (head of shrinkage or something).

This one kid I worked with in the produce department of the local grocery store got fired for horseplay. Specifically he lifted up one of our co-workers, a semi- retarted fellow named Glenn and put him in a half-empty watermelon bin and took a polaroid of it. Then he left the polaroid laying on the counter for the day shift to find. Management was not amused.
