Well i kept posting, and i am nowhere nearer to solving my problem. Here's a quick rundown of my troubles...again: I used flashmenu program on my kv8-max3 mobo, and it basically messed up my computer, that is what i'm thinking.

I went to try to find older versions of my bios, but no matter what i do my computer keeps crashing at the part directly after it asks if you want to start in "safe mode, safe mode w/command prompt, normally, most recent settings that worked..blah blah blah" anyway, everytime after i pick one of those my computer crashes, instantly, theres like a Blue screen of death that flashes for like a milisecond, incredibly unreadable...anyway, i am just wondering if my bios is corrupted, or maybe i just have to mess around in my cmos until i find the correct settings.

Also, i have a raptor 70gb drive
amd 64 3000+
kingston ddr400 value ram 512mb...

Here is basically what i get to stare at everytime after i flash my bios....

"CMOS checksum error - Defaults loaded"

That's it, word for word...i can hit f1 to continue, but all it does is crash after i select starting it normally, or in safe mode, or whatever i pick.

Please tell me there is a way to fix it!
