crashing problem

I recently upgraded my old TNT to a GeForce2 MX400. Now I'm experiencing alot of freeze ups. I did a clean install with the newest drivers and still the same deal. Any thoughts?

this is my setup:
1 Ghz Duron
Abit Kt7E
256MB pc133
Matrox 40GB
Soundblaster Live
ISA modem

Yes you have an IRQ conflict with your soundblaster live. In your bios reserve IRQs 5 and 11 for legacy devices. If that doesn't work, downgrade to AGP 2x and definitely turn off fast writes.
