Crash when plugging in usb

My computer crashes when ever i try to connect a usb device.. it wont even plug in and it crashes.. the metal just has to touch 🙁

Sounds like the mobo is shorting against the case. Verify your mobo mount! Nothing on the back of the mobo should be touching the case.
