Crash when plugging in usb

My computer crashes when ever i try to connect a usb device.. it wont even plug in and it crashes.. the metal just has to touch

Sounds like the mobo is shorting against the case. Verify your mobo mount! Nothing on the back of the mobo should be touching the case.
