A coworker of mine has a picture of the pilot ejecting from a head on. iirc this was one of the Thunderbirds (USAF air show crew)
 
The morons that prepped the airplane for his didn't calibrate the altimeter -- so he didn't go as high as he thought he did before executing the roll.

Yup. It was set for sea level, the ground was 200 feet higher.
