If the PC that she logs into has another account that you can access, try the following to remove the password.
Open up command prompt. (start -> run -> type in ?cmd? and press enter)
Type the command ?net user?, and look through all the user accounts until you identify hers. Once you have found it type in ?
net user USERNAME *? (with USERNAME being her account name). Alternatively, if you already know her user name (which you most likely do), type in ?
net user USERNAME *?
It will then ask you to enter a password, just hit enter, then hit enter again to confirm the password (or lack there of). This will remove the password against her account name. Of course you can enter a password if you wish.
You will now be able to access her account without a password.
If there isn?t another user account that you have access to normally, then just go into safe mode and carry out the above procedure through the Administrator's account.
This won?t allow you to acquire the orginal password, but it will remove or replace the password to what ever you like.
